- Can’t diagnose. Splash can help you notice patterns worth mentioning to a doctor. It can’t tell you what’s wrong.
- Predictions are estimates. Cycles vary, and many things can shift them.
- Articles are general information. They’re written by the Splash team from cited sources and have not been reviewed by a clinician. See how we write.
Getting help
If you’re worried about your health, talk to a GP, pharmacist, midwife or sexual health clinic. In the UK, NHS 111 can help when it’s urgent but not an emergency.
